Item Description
1.25" has St. Louis Button Co. backpaper and was issued for "1809/1909" centennial. Image of frontiersman with long rifle, powder horn, buckskin outfit and coonskin cap with circle of red sun in bkg. and a log cabin with tiny text in the above sky "Boone's Cabin." This house was built by Boone and his son Nathanial in 1820. Two or three near invisible pinpoint trivial age dots on the rim. Reverse by the collet has 1/8" hairline of roughness of little consequence. Extremely Fine and displays N. Mint. Comes with Hake's COA. Rare and our second seen.
