Vol. 31, #2 and Vol. 32, #1 published Feb., Jul., 1938. Published by Popular Fiction Publishing Co. Feb. issue features cover with nude blonde reminiscent of Botticelli's "The Birth Of Venus." Issue features "From Beyond" and "The Diary Of Alonzo Typer" stories by H.P. Lovecraft. Jul. issue features cover by Virgil Finlay. Both issues have light handling wear and usual and typical cover overlap wear. Fine.
