Item Description
As described in item #1161 informational folder, this is a 1946 premium from Post Corn Toasties known as the 'Ring of Saturn' which is made of luminescent plastic which will glow brightly in the dark after exposure to light. This same ring, a few years earlier in 1940, saw use as the Jack Armstrong Dragon's Eye ring and features figural crocodile bands with the animal's jaws spread wide open towards the top which supports the oval plastic stone in deep red. Tiny 1/8" long mark on lower band where the ring came off its original mold but o/w N. Mint. Glows intensely in the dark and as these glowing rings go, this one is a virtual fireball.
