Item Description
4-5/8x6.5" card is March of Dimes premium offered in 1944. Card features nice image of Superman with arms crossed across his chest. Facsimile signature/inscription reads "Sincerely, Superman." Back of card has postcard section with text that reads "Thanks For Your Contribution To The March Of Dimes To Fight Infantile Paralysis!" Light handling wear resulting in faint scattered creasing and dust soiling. Inked name/address on reverse. Colors remain bold and bright. Fine. March of Dimes - Infantile Paralysis cards were also issued for Batman and Wonder Woman and we have offered a few of these cards over the last few years but this is the first Superman card we have ever offered in our 41 years. Rare.
