Signature area remains VF/Exc. Four-Color #316 "Rex Allen" published by Dell Publishing Co. in 1951. First "Rex Allen" comic published by Dell under the Four-Color banner. Photo cover features Allen and he has signed in black felt tip pen. Issue has moderate color rubs with pinch creases to spine. Signature area remains Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
