The following items were obtained directly from the in-house Hasbro Model Department and were used to design the final paint schemes for figures. Made of metal rather than the plastic they were issued in. Approximately 1.25" tall. These are known as "one-to-ones" being produced in the same size as figures that would be in their final stage. Issued along with GI Joe 3.75" figures - Series 8 in 1989, and were also available by mail-order from Hasbro from 1989-1991. Figures include Cobra Commander, Destro, Quick Kick, Snake Eyes, Hawk, Bat, Seal, Cobra Elite, Duke, Rock N Roll, Beach Head, Green Beret, Major Blood, Bazooka, Grunt. N. Mint.
