Item Description
10x12" sheet of animation paper with 4.25x9" image area done in lead pencil with a few additional color pencil accents. Drawing No. 55 features Toby Tortoise in boxing match with Max Hare, who presents his chin towards Toby for a free punch. Toby wears his shell backwards as a form of armor. From 1936 Silly Symphony. Additional production notations above Max Hare. Faint scattered staining on bottom margin not infringing upon art. Light handling and aging but art remains Exc.
