Item Description
1.5" tall bisque is complete with candy packaged as issue. Ribbon has figure tied to four candy cigarettes which are wrapped in cellophane. This is marked "Japan." 1930s. Cellophane has a number of splits but remains intact. Candy has some stress lines. Bisque itself is N. Mint. Rare as packaged. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
