3" tall Mickey figure is attached to 6.5" long horse. Celluloid with metal base plate that has built-in key. Mickey figure has "WDP" copyright and is marked "Made In Occupied Japan." 1940s. Mickey holds string reins. Toy works and horse hops about as Mickey bounces around. Light dust soiling. Exc.
