Lot of three, all are first editions from 1940 and each includes dust jacket. Two books are 7x9.5" by Harper & Bros. These are "Dance Of The Hours/Pastoral." Each has 36 pages and profusely illustrated throughout. Pastoral DJ has scattered obvious margin wear including tears and some small missing pieces, archival tape repairs to interior. Also has some moisture staining. Good/VG. Book's cover has trace of aging along edges with some surface paper rubs. Fine. Contents lightly aged and VF. Dance DJ has just small trace of margin wear including a 1" tear on top front edge with archival tape repair to interior. Fine. Book has just tiny surface paper rubs along extreme edges but remains an exceptional Exc. copy. Third book is "Ava Maria" by Random House. 36 pages, nicely illustrated throughout in both bw and full color along with gold highlights. DJ has moderate scattered margin wear and aging including several 1" tears. VG/Fine. Book itself is an exceptional Exc. copy. Nice lot, all are scarce with dust jackets.
