See previous item #2399. Puzzle is in same format, just showing different map scene, this time, Dick Daring's Cavern hideout. Several features are shown, including "Plane Room, Scientific Laboratory, Hall Of Mirrors, Garage with Bullet-Proof Cars" as well as rooms for carrier pigeons, bloodhounds and captives. The hideout is especially well-armed, with "Look-Out Nest, Machine Gun, Riffles, Long-Range Gun" and "Dynamite!" An underground river runs at bottom. As with previous item, the puzzle features several death traps and secret entrances. As framed, 9x12" puzzle has some light edge wear, with slivers of surface paper missing, none greatly affecting overall picture. A few pieces have .25-.5" areas of staining, but complete and displays VF. 6x9" envelope has obvious and heavy wear and is Good. The 9x12" map showing repeated puzzle image shows light wear as originally folded. Fine. Scarce.
