VG. 4-page bwr manual features "Speed's Code" and "International Secret Police Oath" as well as Gibson photo inside. "Oath" has not been filled out. Also on inside is a flap w/cut-out ISP membership card and separate cut-out "Assignment No. 1." Both oath and membership card feature same image used on pin-back buttons. Back cover has illustration of Gibson w/ad for radio program. Light handling wear, but a clean, glossy unused example. Exc. Scarce unused.
