8.25x18.75" cardboard punch-out "Kellogg's Howie Wing Ventriloquist Dummy Of Typhoon Tootel." c. 1930s. Die-cut dummy opens/closes mouth and winks eyes. Lightly aged but unpunched and unused. Exc. Comes with 5.5x7.5" flier with radio call stations as well as names of other Kellogg's cereals and mail-away coupon to become "Howie Wing Cadet." NM.
