2.5x4.75" celluloid-covered booklet of blank pages plus many pages of useful information including calendar pages for 1904-05. Reverse text reads "Compliments Of The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Manufacturers Of Advertising Novelties With Merit. Newark, N.J." Front has company logo and text "Cincinnati Varnish Co. Cincinnati, Ohio." This text appears to be hand-written in ink on the celluloid rather than printed. Trivial traces of wear but overall clean. glossy and Exc. Rare and from the Hake collection.
