1.25" celluloid with pair of metal prongs holding three layers of felt in graduated sizes to be used for wiping fountain pen points. The celluloid design on this item is offered in a different format as item #471. That piece and this piece are the only two examples we have seen. The felts were used just once or twice for pen point cleaning but ink stains are largely on the interior surfaces and hardly anything shows at all on the front. Celluloid is Exc.
