18.75x20" high quality frame has professionally double matted display with acetate sheet, opening measuring about 6.75x8.5". Cel depicts Ugly Duckling with pair baby swans siblings happily swimming in pond. From 1939 Silly Symphony, Disney's last. Original Courvoisier provided painted bkg. Acetate sheet has warp. Fine. As framed, piece displays VF.
