Item Description
19.75x25.25" frame contains high quality, detailed print of engraving by W.H.W. Bicknell, who has signed below print at right. Above print is 1908 copyright. Engraving was done from a photo of the presidential contender in the 1896, 1900 and 1908 presidential elections. Bryan is also noted for being the 41st United States Secretary of State under President Wilson. Also was the head prosecutor in the infamous "Scopes Monkey Trial." Bryan has signed "W.J. Bryan" in pencil below his portrait at left. Bold signature. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
