Item numbers 1 through 1290 in auction 183
Item Description
1.25" with beautiful color depiction of 4 people seated in "The Montgomery Ward Electric Horseless Carriage." Button is missing the backpaper but has W&H company name with 1896 patent date in tiny text on bottom rim edge. Bottom side edge has a little light tan stain but only the slightest hairline of this shows at all on the front of the button. Button front is 99% clean and glossy. Cello surface has about four tiny 1/16" cello craze lines but hardly visible at all without magnification. All displays bright and clean. Historic and among the very earliest car buttons.
