Auction #196 - Part II
Item numbers 976 though 2670 in auction 196
Item Description
4.25x5.5" not counting pendulum. Manufactured by Lux Clock Manufacturing Co. Inc. c. 1933-1934. Animated clock has a painted aluminum fan that moves back and forth with movement of pendulum. When the bare-breasted dancer's fan swings to the left, her most private parts are unveiled. Racy, but tastefully done. Missing key. Over-wound, not working. Comes with original 4.5x7.25x1.75" deep Lux box with guarantee on lid. Box bottom has 2 corners split but lid remains tight with edge wear and scattered dust soiling. Fine. Rare, especially with box. Also produced in a version for the 1933-1934 Chicago World's Fair.
