Item Description
12x19x2" deep box contains 3-piece set consisting of 18" long sword and 14" long scabbard with 12" dia. tin litho shield with great Prince Valiant image/name lithography. Mattel. c. 1950s. Scabbard is also tin litho with Prince Valiant name. This and shield are N. Mint. Plastic sword has some aging and wear to gold hilt finish. Exc./N. Mint. Box has nice image of Valiant being knighted by King. Other images include shot of set and boy using it. Scattered handling wear and color rubs at edges. 1" tear to interior flap. Fine+
