Item Description
10.75x30" thin artboard has 5 panels, last 4 showing both Mutt and Jeff, first panel showing only Mutt. ©1921 H.C. Fisher. Story deals with Mutt going into Jeff's tailor shop and revealing he will pay for his Fall suit in the Spring to which Jeff replies that he won't have the suit ready until Spring. Pen and ink art has Dec. 28, 1921 ink stamp in first panel. Margins have production notations including "...Mutt Was Quite Frank And So Was Jeff." .25x1.25" chip to upper left-hand corner and .5x.75" chip to bottom left-hand corner. Scattered aging and dust soiling. VG but art image area retains a VF appearance.
