5.5" long painted tin 3-wheeled cart with built-in key along with a pair of attached celluloid figures of black Henry as driver and Henry seated in the back. Japan, c. 1930s. Scattered small traces of wear with areas of pinpoint oxidation. Works. Fine. Figures have scattered dust soiling. VF. Rare toy.
