Item Description
Each large white metal badge is 1.5" dia. On the front, each has high relief bust of the candidate surrounded by his name above and text below "President Of The U.S." The reverses are matching and show the U.S. Capitol both with the word "Inaugurated" above but with the date of "March 4, 1889" below on the Harrison and "March 4, 1893" below on the Cleveland. The Harrison is attached by a loop to a somewhat worn blue fabric ribbon which has a brass bar at the top missing its pin. The Cleveland has rwb ribbon joining a brass bar of the same design and this is complete with its pin. Harrison medal has a .25" hairline flat spot on the bottom reverse edge that does not show from the front. Otherwise, both medals are in superb condition.
