Nine pages are in format w/single panel illustration plus story text and between the pages are tissue paper sheets used to trace the illustrations. All remains unused. Featured is a Peg Leg Pete-like character called "Old Peter The Bear" who himself has a peg leg. Other characters include Professor Frog and Madam Owl. Final page features lyrics to Oswald's theme song. Back cover depicts Oswald holding a list of 10 different titles in the "Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Book Series." Cover has trace of aging/dust soiling, lt. wear along extreme edges. Front cover has .25" tear at right center edge. Color remains strong. Fine. Contents are Exc.
