9x12" w/full title "A Story, Drawing & Song Book For Happy-Go-Lucky Children." Published by Universal Music Co. © 1930. 12 pages w/contents in bw. Inside front cover reads "Story By Pinto Colvig Drawings By Walter Lantz/Bill Nolan." Nine pages are in format w/single panel illustration plus story text and between the pages are tissue paper sheets used to trace the illustrations. All remains unused. Featured is a Peg Leg Pete-like character called "Old Peter The Bear" who himself has a peg leg. Other characters include Professor Frog and Madam Owl. Final page features lyrics to Oswald's theme song. Back cover depicts Oswald holding a list of 10 different titles in the "Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Book Series." Cover has trace of aging/dust soiling, lt. wear along extreme edges. Front cover has .25" tear at right center edge. Color remains strong. Fine. Contents are Exc. Rare, the only copy we've offered in our 41 years. From the Tomart Archives and comes w/COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
