2.75" long painted cast metal free-wheeling car. Andy Gump moves up and down as vehicle progresses. c. early 1930s. Paint wear to Andy's hat and wheels, about 85% remains. Fine. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
