Item Description
6x7.25x4.5" tall with pressed steel base and walls and litho tin roof and doors. 1930s. From our research, we found it originally came with two streamlined pressed steel cars, one wind-up, one free-wheeling. These are not present. All 3 sides have stamped-out multi-pane windows. Front has realistically lithoed doors with windows and bottom panels. Has movable latches which at one time may have moved shafts as there are punched-out holes in the bottom of doors which may have been for this purpose. Garage has some wear, mostly evident as small areas of missing paint in back and wear to hinges of the doors from use. Roof also has some wear along roof lines and some scattered paint nicks overall. Fine. A scarce 1930s item.
