Item Description
12" long mostly cast iron free-wheeling thresher, late 1920s. Features include tin blower pipe that can be turned to any angle, red feeder tube and tin feeder that was meant to move up and down. This is present but has become separated from two metal straps that were part of it so it no longer attaches to the front by these straps but will still stay put for display. Each side has the name "McCormick Deering" in raised lettering and one side has "An Arcade Toy" decal. Toy has obvious wear, many paint nicks and chips and wheels have noticeable wear on rims and bottoms. About 90% of the paint still remains on main body of toy. Obvious oxidation on the blower tube and on the several sets of pulleys on each side of the toy. Due to the amount of paint remaining, toy would still grade VG.
