Item Description
6" long by 5.5" tall tin litho and painted pressed steel toy with built-in key. 1950s by Wyandotte Toys. Depicts pair of clowns on top of a handcar w/their hands attached to the handle. Each side of top of handcar is marked "Hoky Poky" w/clown portraits. Toy works and travels forward as the clowns move as if pumping the handle up and down. Toy has wear on clown's body around arms and legs where they rubbed against the body. Top of platform and top of yellow platform have scattered paint wear. A few small areas are down to the bare metal as well as the bottom rims of the 4 wheels. Fine.
