Item Description
6" tall tin litho with built-in key. Unmarked but by Chein, 1920s. Toy works and when wound he walks around briskly. Few paint nicks on his nose and scattered paint nicks on legs and base. Back of legs and backs of elbows as well as back of base have small areas where paint is worn down to bare metal. Three areas embossed to represent buttons on front also have wear to bare metal. Blends well and not offensive. Fine.
