7.5" long by 6.5" tall to top of hobo's head tin litho. 1930s. Train box car is marked on both ends with "Unique Art Manufacturing Co. Newark NJ" text plus shows famous toy company's trademark of clown juggling colored balloons with "Unique" spelled out on balloons. Toy works well and travels about in a big circle while dog chases hobo while attached to his shirt tail. Dog's head and shirt tail pivot on shafts for realistic action. A large group of hobos are shown on both sides depicted with open doors. Toy has wear on both sides of top edge of box car down to the bare metal on about 50% of the edge. Top of box car has areas of bare metal where hobo's feet come down. Top also has tiny bit of oxidation on one corner. Sides of boxcar have a few tiny nicks/scratches. A bit of white paint is on one corner of cut-out wheel guards on one of these sides. Still displays Fine. Great design and one of Unique Arts classic toys.
