Item Description
2.5x3-5/8x.75" deep stiff cardboard box once sealed shut on 4 sides with brown paper tape. Cover has mailing label with "Washington" postal cancellation and return address "From Huey P. Long United States Senator Washington, D.C." Type-written address to "Hon. Frank DeBock" in Grand Rapids, Mich. Very probably used to ship a group of buttons like #467 to his political supporters. Label shows dust soil, 1" dia. light stain, 1" hairline tear at lower left but all is intact with no splits on the box. Fine and certainly Rare.
