Item Description
First is 6" long razor c. late 1800s. Blade is etched "Day & Night Tobacco." Made by Worcester Razor Co., Worcester, Mass. Black plastic handle. Bright, clean. Razor is VF. Second is 8.25x11.75" trade card. Rainbow-colored card advertises "Day & Night" tobacco. Text includes "Manufactured From Carefully Selected Leaf By Union Workmen, Who Know How, That's Why It's So Good." Instructions at bottom explain the tracings that can be done through the slots on the card. Slots are numbered and when complete, form a portrait of Spanish-American War hero Adm. George Dewey. Card shows lt. wear from use. Interesting concept. Fine.
