3x3x3" tall. Mid-1920s. Company opened in 1922, closed in 1942. Shows early one-ton dump truck. Front of base reads "The Hug Company, Highland, Ill." Recessed area in front, possibly for paper clips. Likely had felt covering on bottom (missing). Lt. wear o/w Fine.
