Item Description
9" dia. by 10" tall c. 1950s. Bottom of wood base marked "Unexcelled Manufacturers-Port Richmond, Staten Island, N.Y." Also marked "R. Morgan Fixture Co. Charlotte, N.C." Painted wood base (some splits). Three cardboard figures of children on carousel horses. Center cylinder utilizes Donald Duck, Daisy, Pluto wallpaper border of the day. Metal embossed trim at top and bottom of carousel. Textured aluminum top w/painted wood knob at peak used for winding music box. Works. An interesting combination of images and materials. Fine.
