Auction #196 - Part I
Item numbers 1 though 975 in auction 196
Item Description
Each is 1.25", mostly with backpapers if that is how they were issued. First two of Santa on telephone are the earliest. One is from Wheeling, W.Va. bank and other is from Carterville, Mo. bank. First has very faint couple of age marks on extreme rim edge but this is the only one that shows any aging in the entire group. The next four of the same design include one with a 1924 date. In the bottom row, all are c. 1950s except the final button reading "Oppenheim's Scranton Day" which seems to be a 70s version of the two that preceed it. Group displays for the most part Mint.
