4-7/8x7.25" glossy bw fan photo shows William Shatner as Captain Kirk and bears facsimile inscription/signature "My Best William Shatner." Margin wear including .25" tear at top center margin. Image/inscription remains Exc. Comes with 8x11" "Star Trek - Rescue At Raylo" Whitman coloring book #1261. ©1978 Paramount Pictures Corp. Lt. handling wear but unused and Exc. 8.25x11x3.5" deep window box contains Ben Cooper Capt. Kirk costume. Costume is Size Large (12-14) and copyright 1976 Paramount Pictures Corp. Box shows moderate handling wear with creases but original cellophane window is intact. Fine/VF. Costume consists of thin vacuform plastic mask which is N. Mint. One-piece vinyl and fabric costume has moderate/heavy scattered aging to legs and arms but vinyl chest area remains bright and VF.
