3" tall with multicolor ribbon holding top bar pin and lower die-cut emblem both in muted brass luster. Emblem displays eagle below words "World War Service." Eagle stands on circular area showing the city's seal design. Reverse reads "Presented By The People Of Bordentown, N.J.
