2.75" tall with bar pin on reverse of slightly worn fabric ribbon. Suspended below is 1.25" brass medallion with Liberty and eagle on one side reading "World War 1917-1918." Opposite side shows state seal and reads "State Of Connecticut For Service." Brass luster on the medal is Exc.
