Auction #196 - Part II
Item numbers 976 though 2670 in auction 196
Item Description
6.5" tall tin litho by USA Lite, 1936. This company produced four different Disney flashlights, all of which area rare (and an even rarer battery, see item #1869). Complete but not working. Choice wrap-around design features nighttime scene of the Big Bad Wolf and Three Little Wolves spying on the Three Little Pigs. Pigs are shown in a frantic state, two of which are shining flashlights into the night. End cap has "Silly Symphony" logo but a large portion of this cap is covered by oxidation. Interior also shows traces of oxidation. Tin litho body has moderate scattered paint nicks but remains glossy. Only the second time in our 41 years we've offered this flashlight, the previous example in better condition sold for over $1000.
