2.5x3.5x5.5" w/5" long handle. Spring-loaded. Hinged at top to allow access to reset counter. Lower front reads "American Counting Machine/Patd. Nov. 16. 1897/Keep Well Oiled." Bottom sides and back sides are holed for mounting. .5" stress crack on right does not affect operation. VF.
