This 1" remains graphic and glossy although tan stain on all but the center portrait area. The comic book "Great Comics #1" from Nov. 1941 introduced this character along with Madame Strange, Guy Gorham and Wizard of Science. Minor oxidation spots on metal back. Maker's name on curl "Philadelphia Badge." Valued in our Pop Culture Memorabilia guide Good - $400, Fine - $850, N. Mint - $1,500. Only our second seen with very reasonable opening bid.
