Item Description
First is 2-1/8" tall die-cut brass portrait pin from his 1936 club sponsored by Grape-Nuts. The pin turns up but this has 3 rarely seen award bars green with one star, red with two stars and blue with three stars. Bars were most likely awarded based on cereal consumption. Piece is essentially Mint. Second is rarely seen button Joe E. Brown Smiler's Club. This has numerous all-over fine scratch lines that will catch reflected light but when viewed directly do not show at all and the piece retains its Mint appearance. Bottom text has name of maker "By Stanley Toronto." See next club ring.
