Item Description
2.75x5.25x1" deep plastic box contains 1" dia. chromed metal case, complete with original blue vinyl-covered leather band. Dial features full-figure image of Mary Marvel. Plastic box lid and inside of lid have applied "Mary Marvel Wristwatch" decal labels, lid about 70% complete, marginally affecting Mary Marvel image and not affecting "Mary Marvel" text that much. Interior of lid is nearly complete with .25" area where decal did not adhere properly and tiny .25" sliver missing at bottom. Decals bear 1948 Fawcett Publications Inc. copyright. Hinged lid case shows lt. aging/wear. Fine overall. Watch still has "$7.95 Mary Marvel" foil price tag attached about band and "Tested And Commended By Parents' Magazine" tag attached. Original watch warranty papers included. Band is lightly aged and watch is Exc. and running. Plastic case is rarer than the cardboard box (see previous item #2303).
