Item Description
2.75x5.25x1" deep plastic hinged lid case contains 1" dia. chromed metal case, complete with original red vinyl-covered leather band. Dial features full-figure of Mary Marvel. Box lid has decal label with "Mary Marvel Wristwatch" text and image of Mary Marvel used on watch dial. Obvious aging/wear to lid decal. VG. Interior of lid has flocked self-adhesive label as opposed to decal label. Both bear 1948 Fawcett Publications Inc. copyright. Lt. fading of black illustration of Mary Marvel. Fine-. Watch bands show lt. wear. Watch is over-wound and hour/minute hand show lt. wear but dial remains clean and displays Exc. Plastic cases are rarer than the cardboard box (see previous item #2303).
