Approximately 6x8". c. 1940s. Painted plaster. Recessed area in back to hold string. Hole at mouth for string. Hanging loop at top as produced. String holder depicts Popeye's magical pet. Incised number "201" under chin. Lightly aged with dust soiling. Exc. Scarce.
