6.5x10.5x2.75" deep painted plaster full body string holder. Incised "Whitman" name on bottom with incised 1950 copyright. Recessed area in back to hold string. Hole in Jeep's belly button. Wire hanger at top as made. Popeye's magical pet is depicted in a green and yellow color scheme as opposed to his usual yellow. Lt. wear/dust soiling. Exc. Rare and only the second we've seen.
