Approximately 6x8". Unmarked but c. early 1950s. Painted plaster. Recessed area in back to hold string ball. Hole for string in mouth. Hanging loop in top as made. Extremely well-detailed likeness of Popeye's archnemesis. Aged. Lt. paint wear to collar and hat. VF/Exc.
