10x13" "Jay Ward Productions, Inc." mat contains 7x9" opening with acetate sheet showing Bullwinkle in sweater, pants and tennis shoes dancing. Scattered tiny paint flakes to black outline of Bullwinkle, not all that distracting. Comes with studio painted bkg. that enhances cel. VF. Mat shows moderate wear with tears and .25x1.5" piece missing in upper right. Good/VG. Could be easily re-matted for a VF/Exc. display.
