3.5x8.75" tall. c. late 1940s. 190 punch-out circles, none being punched. Front of game opens like book with Elvgren pin-up girl seemingly hiding behind book cover. Cover is loose but has tape repair to interior at spine. Lt. wear to die-cut areas of pin-up girl's head. Lightly aged. VF.
