Item Description
These were from Kellogg's Pep, 1951. Each is a plastic-rimmed flicker disk originally advertised as a set of 16 including Gene Kelly and Jane Powell although we've not seen these and later ads replaced them with William Holden and Bob Hope. Each is 1.25". This group includes: American Airlines DC6-8, American Airlines Stewardess (one with red rim and same with green rim), Bobby Riggs (tennis player), Clyde Beatty, Douglas Jet D558-2 Skyrocket, Mark Trail, Mark Trail - 'Andy,' N.Y. Central Railroad (still in original cellophane wrap), Pauline Betz (tennis player), Republic F-84 Thunderjet and William Holden 'Submarine Commander' (movie title). Exc. to Mint, displaying Mint.
